PUBLIC NOTICE - INVITATION TO BID/RFP  
Sealed bids for “Chagrin River Kayak, Paddleboard and Boat Launch Operations – 2026” will be received by the Port Authority of Eastlake Ohio (PAEO) at Eastlake City Hall, 35150 Lakeshore Boulevard, Eastlake, Ohio 44095 until 4:00 PM on 4/6/2026. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. CLICK HERE to download the Request for Proposal (RFP/BID) package documents. You can also request a copy of the RFP/BID package documents via email. Please send an email request to faith.andrews@virtual-ally.com for a complete document. All bids shall be sealed in an envelope and addressed as follows: P.A.E.O., “Attention: Kayak and Paddle Board RFP – 2026” and delivered to Eastlake City Hall, 35150 Lakeshore Boulevard, Eastlake, Ohio 44095. The PAEO Board intends to award a contract to the best qualified vendor. The Port Authority of Eastlake began as Chagrin River Association, a group of advocates dedicated to the preservation and enhancement of our beautiful Chagrin River. In 1989, the City of Eastlake officially created the PAEO by Resolution adding Chapter 145 into the codified ordinances of the City of Eastlake.
